* CO201 is a prerequisite for all practical courses for Communication Arts
courses. It is not a prerequisite for “Theory” classes. It is strongly urged that
Communication Arts majors take this as a first course.

Any course related to Communication Arts from another department (with approval of advisor). Also, any additional course (beyond requirements) within the department. Internship or independent studies may be substituted for any course in the department, other than the four required courses, with the approval of the advisor.
