Due to the high volume during the first few weeks of the semester it may take longer to process your request.

NetID's are only for currently enrolled students and will remain in effect for one semester after your graduation date.

On Feb 13, the Portal authentication changed to use your Net ID and password instead of your id number.

Please visit http://mypassword.caldwell.edu to retrieve logins. If you are still experiencing problems you may contact the lab tech during office hours at 973-618-3267 or 973-618-3000 x4444

Once you gain access, you might want to change your email password. On February 27, a 90-day password expiration will come intoeffect. If your password is more than 90 days old you'll be locked out on the 27th.

Go to http://mypassword.caldwell.edu and under Edit My Profile pick 3 challenge questions/answers so you can reset your own password just in case. Then go to Change My Password (you still sign on with your old password) and pick a new password that contains:

• 8 characters
• a capital letter
• a lower-case letter
• a number
