Students who meet the requirements—full-time status, a 3.3 G.P.A. and at least three more semesters before graduation —are welcome to print out the application form and to apply anytime.

Students who are currently enrolled in the Scholars Program must check the message board monthly. This is my primary way to contact you and provide you with important information.

MISSION STATEMENT

The purpose of the Caldwell Scholars Program is to create an academic environment that encourages honor students to develop critical thinking in the application of knowledge.

The Program is meant to foster leadership, self-confidence and a greater respect for humanity. Participation in the Scholars Program supports success as undergraduates and as future graduate students and working professionals.

The program is committed to interdisciplinary, multiple perspectives and embraces diversity as a foundation of an intelligent, literate and democratic society. We value the liberal arts and Dominican traditions.

MASQUE OF THE HEAVENS PREMIERS

The performance of Senior Nicole Scimone's Honors Project will be held Sunday, October 28 at 4 pm in the Alumni Theatre. The play includes Scimone's original script, authentic 17th century music, and original period dance. Junior Nicole Burrell is music director, Roseanna Scimone choreographs, and Nicole Helmstetter, Christina Corsetto, Anthony Castellano, Cristal Boniche and Cara Pernas complete the talented cast of masked players! The cast includes some scholars students. Admission is free, but voluntary donations will be collected for St. Jude's Research Hospital.
