SPRING 2009 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

TRADITIONAL UNDERGRADUATE Students may register through the web or in-person in accordance with the schedule below. Students must meet with their academic advisor before registration.

11/3 Registration Material Available/Meet with Advisor
11/10 Registration begins for SENIORS (90+ Credits Earned) [In-Person & Web]
11/11 Registration begins for JUNIORS (60+ Credits Earned) [In-Person & Web]
11/12 Registration begins for SOPHOMORES (30+Credits Earned) [In-Person & Web]
11/17 Registration begins for FRESHMEN (18+ Credits Earned) [In-Person Only]
11/18 Registration begins for FRESHMEN (less then 18 Credits Earned) [In-Person & Web]

Registration Preparation Tips:

  • Meet with Advisor Prior to Registration
    EOF Students – Also meet with EOF Administrator
    Athletes – Also meet with Dir. Of Academic Advisement
    Credit Overload – Students wishing to enroll in more than 18 credits are required to obtain permission from the Assistant Academic Dean
  • Please check your password before 11/10 to ensure access to web registration.
  • Web Registration opens at 8:30 am on the dates listed above. Registration on the Web will remain open until 1/04 at 11:59pm.
  • After 1/04, you must register in the Registrar’s Office with the correct paperwork, signatures and fee if registration is late.

ADULT UNDERGRADUATE & GRADUATE STUDENTS

Registration may be made in person at The Center for Graduate & Continuing Studies (CGCS), or by completing, mailing or faxing (973-618-3690) the registration form. In-person registration begins on November 10 and may be done at The Center for Graduate & Continuing Studies, second floor of the Alumni Theatre, Monday through Thursday from 8:30am to 7:00pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. Matriculating and Certificate students have access to web registration, which will open at 8:30am on November 10 & close at 11:59pm on January 4 (register early to assure your place in class). Returning students who have outstanding health records, library fines or financial obligations cannot be register until these obligations have been satisfied.
