English Department Celebrates National Poetry Month With Editor of Lips Poetry Magazine
Caldwell College English Department will celebrate National Poetry Month with Laura Boss, founder and editor of Lips poetry magazine, on Wednesday, April 9 at noon in the Academic Building Lecture Hall. Boss was a prize winner in PSA's Gordon Barber Poetry Contest. Her awards for her own poetry also include an ALTA (funded by the NEA) and three Fellowships in Creative Writing (Poetry) from NJSCA. Her six books of poetry include Reports from the Front (CCC) and Arms: New and selected Poems (Guernica). Her poems have appeared in the New York Times. The event is free.
