Photography Requests

Please submit your request photography request ten (10) business days prior to the event date to mediarelations@caldwell.edu. The ability to provide services is subject to department availability. If we cannot accommodate your request, you will be contacted. Please provide all details including date, time, location, contact person and specific needs.

If you have a non-major event, please consider taking your own photo and submit it with background material to mediarelations@caldwell.edu

SPECIAL REQUESTS: Accommodations can be made for requests outside these guidelines. Please include any special requirements. Then contact Media Relations at X3209 or mediarelations@caldwell.edu
