Caldwell College Students Receive National Professional Education Fraternity Scholarships
Three Caldwell College students have been awarded scholarships from the national professional education fraternity Kappa Delta Epsilon (KDE). Out of nine students chosen nationally for the awards, three Caldwell College students received the scholarships. Those students are: Kimberly Hayes, Rebecca Munoz and Danielle Simpson. KDE is an honorary professional fraternity that recognizes outstanding students who are preparing to enter teaching or related professionals. Students take part in service projects, attend regular meetings and learn about professional responsibility and ethics in teaching. In order to be accepted into KDE students must have a 3.0 or higher. KDE enhances teaching as a profession and as a way of living.
