Caldwell’s ABA Graduate Programs Meet Rigorous Requirements for Professional ABA Credential in Autism Education

Caldwell, NJ – July 29, 2011 – Caldwell College’s graduate programs in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) have met the rigorous experiential requirements needed for individuals to sit for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) exam, announced Kenneth Reeve, Ph.D., BCBA-D, Co-coordinator of Graduate programs in ABA at Caldwell.
“It is exciting for us and our students that the Behavior Analyst Certification Board has reviewed and recognized the quality of the training available in our graduate programs. Students can be assured that their practicum and classroom experiences at Caldwell College provide them with the intensive experiential and academic requirements they need to sit for this professional exam,” said Dr. Reeve.
Individuals who earn the BCBA certification have demonstrated that they are proficient in the knowledge and skills needed to effectively carry out autism intervention services using ABA.
Caldwell College is a leader in Autism education and ABA with a Master of Art’s in ABA and the first and only Ph.D. in ABA in New Jersey.
