"Keep the Promise"
In November of 2006 employees of Caldwell College gathered for the unveiling of a new brand promise statement:
Caldwell College, in the Catholic Dominican tradition, develops goal-oriented students who can achieve their full intellectual and personal potential in a supportive community committed to inspire the passion to succeed.
At the time of the unveiling College President, Sister Patrice Warner, O.P., PhD. said the new brand promise statement articulates "who and what we are as a community and what we deliver." She also stated that "the challenge is for employees to find a small way each and every day to fulfill the statement."
"Keep the Promise" is an opportunity for employees to recognize one another for rising to that challenge. When a colleague goes the extra mile in support of the mission and brand promise statement; take a moment to let us know about it. Simply click the "Keep the Promise" link and include the person's name in the subject line, along with a message to them in the body your email. Human Resources will send a gift to the recipients to recognize them for "Keeping the Promise" to out students.
Below are some excerpts from past "Keep the Promise:
"Kindness comes backā¦Students do greatly appreciate how much you care about them and their success! Thank you for keeping the promiseā¦."
"Because of you, Caldwell College is a special place! Thanks for all that you do for our students and all those you work with"
"You always go out of your way for our students and make it appear the most natural thing in the world." Thanks for your personal touch and that extra step."
