Human Resources to distribute evaluation materials to supervisors.

May 9
Deadline for supervisors to complete the evaluation reports and submit to Human Resources for discussion and review. Faculty Chairs who jointly supervise a faculty secretary should meet to discuss and produce a single evaluation for each secretary. Multiple evaluations are discouraged.

May 23
Deadline for Human Resources to return evaluation forms with new salary figures. Evaluations must not be delivered until after this step.

June 6
Deadline for supervisors to deliver evaluations with new salary amounts to employees and obtain signatures of employees on evaluations reports.

June 13
Deadline for submission of completed, delivered and signed evaluation forms to be submitted to Human Resources for data entry into payroll system.

Deadlines MUST BE STRICTLY ADHERED TO in order to allow time for data entry of salary changes in payroll system to be effective July 1, 2008.

Faculty supervisors of non-exempt staff who do not expect to be on campus after graduation must notify Human Resources and should adjust this schedule accordingly.
