LLI
& EIN
Welcome to the spring 2008 semester of the Lifelong Learning Institute
(LLI) at Caldwell College, an affiliate of Elderhostel Institute Network
(EIN). This concept in peer learning provides a variety of class formats
to persons of any age who wish to participate in noncredit, educational
courses and
seminars. Members are active in selecting, structuring, teaching, and
coordinating classes. Instructors may be experts in their fields or qualified
in a particular topic, and are often active LLI members. Individuals join
to expand horizons, communicate experiences, and grow!

Mission
Statement
The Lifelong Learning Institute at Caldwell College seeks to educate, entertain, and enlarge the world of the learner of any age. LLI looks to fill the gaps in education and awareness in life experience. An additional goal is to provide this knowledge in a friendly social setting that makes learning an event.
Benefits of Membership
Registration enrolls participants as members of LLI for one semester. Each member, a part of the Caldwell College community, receives free parking, previews of and discounts on special academic, cultural, and social events, along with some use of the library.
After-the-Semester Gathering
May 9 • 11:45 a.m. Gather with your LLI friends in the Student Center Cafeteria upper lounge as we close the semester. Lunch is on your own — dessert will be our treat.
