Dr. Pedoto has extensive clinical experience in private practice, community college, and in-patient hospital clinical settings. He has been licensed as a psychologist in New Jersey and New York since 1992 focusing on the cognitive-behavioral treatment of anxiety disorders, depression and interpersonal problems. Scholarly interests center on the clinical application of cognitive behavioral therapy with a current focus on the development of a self-acceptance skills training program for children. Dr. Pedoto has written articles and book chapters on REBT treatment of addictions, general REBT theory, self-acceptance training, and geriatric counseling.
