Our Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) Studio Arts is a professional degree for advanced students.  Students accepted into the B.F.A. are given more rigorous requirements within the major including advanced studios, aesthetics, and independent study courses.  Our BFA program is over 30 years old and was the first of its kind offered in New Jersey.
The BFA is designed for students who want to combine intensive and innovative studio art practice with an excellent education in the liberal arts. A solid grounding in art history helps students explore issues in their own work and that of others.
Internships for credit at art-related businesses such as art restoration are available through the Experiential Learning center.
Students are required to submit and pass a portfolio review prior to their senior year.
