Virus Info: The latest statistics on software viruses are listed to the right. These do not reflect experience at the college, but are the worldwide statistics from our antivirus vendor, Sophos.
Anti-Virus: Note that our site license for Sophos antivirus software allows employees and students to download this software to home PC’s. You are urged to take advantage of this valuable benefit by clicking on Sophos Anti-Virus under the IT Links section to the left.
Need a Network ID so you can use Email & Blackboard & surf the internet? Fill out the electronic form Net ID Request under IT Links to the left.
Assistance for Faculy: Our special one-on-one support services for faculty have many satisfied customers. Consider using these services by clicking on TechAssist for Faculty under the For Employees section to the left.
Having trouble with Blackboard? Look at the Blackboard related links on the left, and if you still need help send an email to blackboard@caldwell.edu.
A couple other useful email addresses are CopyCenter@caldwell.edu and MediaServices@caldwell.edu.
Now that you see how useful some of the links on the left can be, look over the rest of them. For example, when you want to reserve a room for a meeting, reserve a DVD player, or send a document to the Copy Center to be printed, this is where you can find the links.
